The customer
Estúdio Inês Duarte: I'm Estúdio Inês Duarte's digital assistant. I use artificial intelligence. I can help with project requests; if you prefer, I'll hand the conversation to a person at any time.
Estúdio Inês Duarte: Estúdio Inês Duarte, good afternoon. Inês is working on a project. Tell me what you need and I'll pass your request on to her.
Teresa: Good afternoon, I need a logo for my pastry shop.
Estúdio Inês Duarte: Noted. Is it a single project, or work that continues over several months?
Teresa: Just this, a single project.
Estúdio Inês Duarte: Thank you. When do you need it, and is the date fixed or can it move?
