Terms

These are the terms for using the Rintent website and, once you open an account, the Rintent service.

Draft pending review by Portuguese counsel. It describes what Rintent does today and will change when the company is formed.

Who these terms are with

Rintent (provisional name), responsible person Ian Ross. The company has not been formed yet. When it is, the terms move to it and this page says so.

What Rintent does

Rintent builds a Route for your business: a digital assistant that answers your customers, asks the questions you approve and hands the request to a person.

Rintent gives no legal, tax, medical or immigration advice. It does not confirm a booking it cannot see, state a price it was not given, pretend to be a person or contact anyone who asked it to stop.

What you are responsible for

You decide what your assistant may say, and you make sure that what you tell Rintent about your business is true.

You make sure you may contact the people you ask Rintent to contact, and that anyone who asks to stop is left alone.

Your customers' data

Your customers' details are kept for your business only. Rintent handles them on your instructions, under an agreement signed before a Route goes live.

Prices

The prices are the ones on the pricing page when you subscribe. That page lists what each plan includes.

Stopping

You can stop using Rintent whenever you want and ask for your data to be returned or deleted.

Rintent may pause a Route that breaks these terms or the rules of the channel it runs on, and tells you why.

Law and changes

Portuguese law applies. The competent court will be named in the final terms.

The final terms will carry the date they take effect, and account holders are told before they change.
