What you can trust
A short list of what Rintent will not do, and the facts that have to be true before a Route goes live.
What Rintent won't do
- Give legal, tax, medical or immigration advice.
- Confirm a booking it can't see.
- State a price it wasn't given.
- Pretend to be a person.
- Contact anyone who asked it to stop.
Said at the start of every conversation
Our digital assistants use artificial intelligence and say so at the start of every conversation.
Nothing goes live until these are true.
Kept apart, in the EU
Stored in the EU, with each agency's clients kept apart from every other agency's.
Encrypted where it matters
Phone numbers are stored encrypted, and every time one is shown is logged.
Consent, recorded
Every consent is recorded per person, purpose and channel, and STOP is honoured in every conversation.
Not for the AI
The AI never sees identity numbers or contract images.
Ready when asked
When someone asks for their data, your agency downloads it in one step. The agency's own data is exported on request.
Control, before you buy
You can switch a Route off, cap what it spends, read what the assistant said and take a conversation over.
How we treat data
We never store images of identity documents. Contact numbers are protected and every access is logged. Anyone who asks to stop goes on the stop list and receives no more messages. You can ask to delete your data in any conversation.
