How we treat data
These rules hold for every business that uses Rintent. They are written here because owners in regulated trades ask.
Draft pending review by Portuguese counsel. It describes what Rintent does today and will change when the company is formed.
Identity documents
We never store images of identity documents. The AI never sees identity numbers or contract images.
Contact numbers
Contact numbers are protected, and every time one is shown to a person is logged.
Retention
Each kind of data has a clock. When it runs out, the data is deleted or reduced to what the law requires us to keep.
How long the site keeps what you try
The draft: what you type to make an example yours stays in a draft for thirty days from your last edit, then it is deleted.
The example conversation: kept only in your browser session while it runs, and never stored on our side.
The anonymous measurement and cost records: the site's usage events are kept for ninety days, and the counters that limit example conversations for two days.
When someone says stop
Anyone who asks to stop goes on the stop list and receives no more messages. We keep only enough to remember that they asked.
Asking for deletion
You can ask for your data to be deleted in any conversation. The request is passed to the business responsible and answered within 30 days.
Where it is kept
Data is stored in the EU, and each business's customers are kept apart from every other business's.
