What it costs

For a business receiving about 60 enquiries a month, expect roughly €29 a month in total, as long as the production fits the included credits.

Estimate, excluding VAT. Conversations don't use credits; what you ask Rintent to produce, such as guides, texts and images, is what moves the figure.

Each plan includes monthly credits and a welcome bonus. You can add more when you need it.

Channel fees, such as WhatsApp conversations charged by Meta, are passed through at cost and shown before you connect the channel. Advertising is paid to the platform.

Questions about the price

What's included?
Conversations with your customers and ordinary follow-through don't use credits. Producing new things, like guides, texts and images, does.
What raises the bill?
Asking for more production than the included credits. You see the price before each request.
Can I control spending?
Yes. Automatic top-up is off by default and there's a monthly cap you set.
What do I have to connect?
One channel: the business WhatsApp, a phone number or your website. We guide you step by step.
When does it start working?
As soon as the channel is connected. Some verifications depend on third parties and we tell you how long they usually take.
And when the assistant can't answer?
It says so, asks what's missing and hands the conversation to you or whoever you choose, with everything it has learned.
And after the initial period?
You pay the plan you chose, monthly, and cancel whenever you want. No lock-in.
