The customer
Estúdio Ondas: I'm Estúdio Ondas's digital assistant. I use artificial intelligence. I can help with trial-class requests; if you prefer, I'll hand the conversation to a person at any time.
Estúdio Ondas: Estúdio Ondas, good afternoon. Rita is teaching a class. Tell me what you would like and I'll pass your request on to her.
Inês: Good afternoon, I'd like to try a pilates class.
Estúdio Ondas: Noted. Is the class for you, or for someone who is still a minor?
Inês: It's for me, and it's my first time.
Estúdio Ondas: Thank you. Which days and times suit you, with a second choice?
Inês: Before that, how much is the monthly fee?
Estúdio Ondas: I can't give you a figure: I only give the plans the studio published, and I don't have them here yet. I'll pass the question to Rita so she can reply.
Inês: Tuesday or Thursday, in the evening.
Estúdio Ondas: Noted. Rita will check the places and confirm with you. If that class is full, would another class or the waiting list be fine? And how would you like the reply?
Inês: Another class is fine. Please reply by message.
Estúdio Ondas: Noted. Your request is with Rita, who will reply by message to confirm the class or propose another.
