The customer
Atlântico Imobiliária: I'm Atlântico Imobiliária's digital assistant. I use artificial intelligence. I can help with questions about properties and viewing requests; if you prefer, I'll hand the conversation to a person at any time.
Atlântico Imobiliária: Hello Mariana. Did you see the two-bedroom in Parede? I can help with anything you want to know about the apartment or the area.
Mariana: Hello, yes. Does it have parking? And how far is it from the station?
Atlântico Imobiliária: It has one garage space. Parede station is about 8 minutes on foot, according to the listing.
Mariana: We are thinking of moving from Bristol. Is it a good area for a family with a child?
Atlântico Imobiliária: To answer you well, it helps to know the child's age and whether you prefer a state or a private school. Ana knows the schools in Parede well and can tell you what is not in the guides.
Mariana: Six years old. State school, ideally. What is the price?
Atlântico Imobiliária: The asking price is on the listing: €395,000. Any room for negotiation is for Ana, not me. Would you like me to ask Ana to contact you?
Mariana: Yes. Could we see the apartment on Saturday?
Atlântico Imobiliária: I'll note the request for Saturday. Ana confirms the time with you. Would you prefer the morning or the afternoon?
